Iva Visosevic is born in Zagreb, Croatia where she graduated from Academy of Fine Arts in painting department.

0n 2019. she moved from Croatia to the Caribbean coast of Mexico in Playa del Carmen.

That event directed her painting towards figuration and naturalistic realism and painting in plain air.

The light effects and colorism of the Caribbean coast have influenced her current approach and the desire to return to painting by observation and plain air, which includes portraits of her friends, the beach, the sea, sky and all possible light variations of them.
